Implementing issue handling policy (soon) for incomplete issue reports

We are happy that the library is gaining popularity. This also means (of course) that more issues are being raised (which is fine and welcomed). However, not everyone follows our template when creating an issue and a lot of times an issue is not accompanied by ready-to-run reproduction code or a repository. We do not have capacity to research or create needed steps and/or working reproductions.

As you expect us to help you, we expect you to help us too.

We will therfore be be introducing some GitHub policy rules for triaging and handling issues in the near future. This means that if we label an issue with 'needs: repo code or repository' and you do not respond within 3 business days, the issue wil automatically be closed.
