When attempting to send files using Claude, the process fails. The files are not being sent as expected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Switch copilot chat to use Claude.
  2. Click on the option to send a file.
  3. Select the file you want to send.
  4. Attempt to send the file.
  5. See error message indicating the file was not sent.

Expected behavior
The file should be sent successfully without any errors.
