Can it use TypeScript as an external dependency so I can load any TypeScript version? e.g. I've published @jackworks/typescript but I cannot use it in the playground.

I think that would require upstream changes in monaco to allow for a dynamic version of TypeScript in the tsWorker basically - https://github.com/microsoft/monaco-editor/tree/main/src/language/typescript
