Update fails when a pandora stream is playing #997

The updater fails to copy over the latest amplipi release when a pandora stream is playing, likely due to some file lock.

Possible Solutions

Add -f to the updater's copy (this will take 2 updates to land)
Stop Pandora streams during the update and attempt to add them back at the end.
