Page Indicator: Nothing makes the app drawer chevron disappear #51

The chevron/arrow above the dock disappears when the page indicator is set to nothing.

@michelelacorte Well it does not make sense. If I choose the page indicator to be a line, I don't expect that to also mean "make the drawer icon visible"...

Easy toggle to implement dev. Go in caret class and add a toggle for dimension set to 0 for caret only. Could be seperated items.
