Fast scroll bar color matching issue

The alphabet on the fast scroll bar can't be viewed.

My settings:-
Background color - black
transparency level - 45%
Text color - white

Possible solutions :-
Options to change the color of fast scroll bar or automatically change the color of fast scroll bar according to the color of drawer text color (means both the drawer text color and fast scroll text color should be different)

Fast scroller color match drawer text color, if you set drawer text to white (#FFFFFF) fast scroller returns to Flick Launcher color (blue)

My text color is white and the fast scroll also in white. Its not changing to blue
