User docs, prism color schema

Narrative

This issue is for a nice to have feature.
The design team and the development team will work with each other to deliver a proposal for code color schema using the prism library.

The image below is a proposal for the design team but the highlight is missing.

This is the current schema that is a default style from the prism library.
