mypy with "install_types=True" and "non_interactive=True" #700

Hi, i want to run mypy with the following configuration in my pyproject.toml file.

[tool.mypy]
files = "src/"
install_types = "True"
non_interactive = "True"
strict = "True"
implicit_reexport = "True"
ignore_missing_imports = "True"

When adding the two flags:

install_types = "True"
non_interactive = "True"

Any mypy errors dont show up. Is there a way to fix this?
