Add e2e test for the Docker image

It would be nice if we had some end-to-end tests for the Docker image, which would nicely test the whole functionality of SPARQLess when used as a black box with the Docker image.

Optionally, we could look into running these tests as part of the CI in GitHub Actions. However, we need to be careful about possible hardware/computation resource limits here.
