I am not sure how much of a real world use-case this is and what should be the correct behavior or if it is even a issue. But for example when we add the FOAF (Friend of a Friend) vocabulary and SKOS Simple Knowledge Organization System vocabulary, then the Concept class is present twice. But it does behave as one.
For example:
Created profiles are shown at both of the classes
When changing visibility
When removing one of the models, it is removed from the other one also, when added back, it starts working again - To me this seems wrong, but it is again some edge case, which occurs very rarely.
