Can't create new Visual Model (VM) from CME + VM naming issue

There are actually 3 issues:

1. The first created visual model is named Anonymous model inside CME, no matter how I name it in Dataspecer's manager. For model which was not created first, this actually isn't issue for some reason and it shows correct name (Can be seen on the second gif).
2. When changing visual model inside CME - the name is not changed (Can be seen on both gifs)
3. The operation of creating new visual model from CME fails. Error is shown in the console (Can be seen on the first gif).
