I'm very interested in looking at lipids in particular and wanted to ask if you recommend using additional databases such as LIPID MAPS and Swiss lipids, in addition to the HMDB database? Does HMDB database cover a lot of lipids or do these databases provide additional information? |

Our response: If you are focusing on lipids specifically then yes, we recommend to try both LIPID MAPS and Swiss Lipids in addition to HMDB. |
