How do I query existing token holders to whitelist for future projects?

The whitelist function is great for manually setting addresses to whitelist for future drops. I would like to query existing token holders on a specified date, to automatically upload those addresses into a config file for whitelisting on a future project.
Any thoughts on how to achieve that? I've read through the documentation, but I may have missed the method that does this.
