[REQUEST] Zigbee network backup and restore add-on to make migration easier for Zigbee2MQTT users

See -> tube0013/tubeszb_addons#2 but cross-posting this idea for feature request collaboration on his new tzb-zigpy-cli-tools addon.

For reference; tube0013 has released a new Home Assistant add-on based on zigpy-cli, however not yet added backup/restore features.

@mercenaruss assume Zigbee network backup and restore feature would also be useful for ZigStar customers using your other addons.

At least I think it is very good idea to always perform a Zigbee network backup to file before flashing new Zigbee Coordinator firmware.
