We should have incidents support. Incidents will be used to track down states of services, potentially combine multiple down states in to one. Service owners should be able to add comments, description to it. It should be closed automatically when Alerts (Triggers) change from down state to up.

Considerations:

  • Manual incidents?
  • Should we allow manual transition (from down to up) of automatically generated incidents?
