dockerize front end

This task is about running our FE, both on dev env, stg and prod via docker. Therefore this task is about:

1. create a docker file to the FE app (some basics for it already exists).
2. create a docker file for nginx to reverse proxy
3. Create a file that combines the above tasks to a 1 file
