Hello. Maybe this is a bug or I don't know how to use the library

console.log(URI('https://www.npmjs.com/package/urijs').directory('build/').toString())

Should returns: https://www.npmjs.com/urijs/build

Returns: https://www.npmjs.com/build/urijs
