/nominatim/website missing

The installation was successfull with europe, but somehow the /nominatim/website is missing

I edited the Post so you can use this as an Assorted use cases documented in issues.

When the Website folder didnt got generated in the installation progress:
-connect to the container
-change the user to nominatim

• cd /nominatim/
• nominatim refresh --website
  This will rebuild the website folder and you can only have the necesary permissions as nominatim user.
