videos are not encoded at higher qualities in MediaCMS #1121

Describe the issue
mediacms is able to encode small videos in 360,480,720 and 1080 but with large videos greater than 400 MB encoding stops at 360p

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the issue:
encode large video

Expected behavior
expecting video to have all qualities 360,480,720 and 1080

  • OS: Ubuntu Linux
  • Installation method: Docker install

Same, I tried looking through older issues to try and find if someone had same problem but I wasnt able to find anything.
Idk why but every larger video gets stuck at 360p every single time while small videos get properly encoded.

My instance is installed on a VM with Ubuntu but I also tried with docker and results were the same.

There's a fix for this one on the latest release - https://github.com/mediacms-io/mediacms/releases/tag/v4.2.0

Can you checkout to it (or if you're in main, just update) and test? You'll have to restart some services as of https://github.com/mediacms-io/mediacms/blob/main/docs/admins_docs.md
