More animations and motion within the sample webapp

Currently the sample webapp is sparse on animation and motion, I'd like to consider the following:

• Animations for when the grids are created
• Animations for shots (even if this is just the X marker having subtle scale transform on placement)
• Animations for the command log
• Artificially delay AI operations so that it feels a little more human to play against
