According to MDN, openPopup() is only available on Chrome for Policy installed Extensions, however according to Chrome's developer documentation, this restriction is no longer in place since Chrome 127: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/extensions/reference/api/action#method-openPopup

What browsers does this problem apply to, if applicable?

Chromium (Chrome, Edge 79+, Opera, Samsung Internet)

What did you expect to see?

"Is only available to policy installed extensions between versions 118 and 126"
