Hi, this project looks great.

I'm writing this from work, so have not been able to view the YouTube video. I'd like to give this project a try, with either my FT817 or FT450D. I have an RTL-SDR dongle, but would like to know whether I need any other equipment, apart from a feeder to the aerial. I am very conversant with GNU/Linux, but wondered whether you have a step-by-step set-up guide for people who aren't that familiar with RTL-SDR? For example:

  1. What equipment is needed.
  2. How the equipment connects together.
  3. Operating pypanadapter.

Well done for using an open-source licence.
