Is it possible to change the wording of the subject line in the e-mails sent by this fantastic plugin?

Actually putting too much hooks to change everything could be a mess. So requesting to proceed with the gettext filter as mentioned in #9

Thanks for the solution. However, as it stands right now, it is incorrect English. It could be:

-- Your ticket has a reply
-- Your ticket has been replied to
-- Your ticket #40

Something like that. It might be worth considering changing this.

Here's another one:
"Consult the Knowledgebase for your query. If they are not close to you, then submit a new ticket here."

This could be:
"Consult the knowledgebase for topics similar to your query. If you can't find anything, then submit a new ticket here."
