After the fixes for #1122 we are in a position where bookmark popups are shown/dismissed at the right time, other than the scenario where a folder popup is open and when mousing over to it the mouse cursor hits another folder opening it + dismissing the actual target folder. This leads to opening the wrong folder too easily.

We could fix this by adding a short delay before opening folder popups. Getting the timing just right might be interesting... 160ms?
