Skipping tests confusion

The documentation for nar-test [1] describes that the flag "skipTests" "Skip the tests." chimes in with maven's generic maven.test.skip parameter.

This behaviour is quite confusing, because in the maven test documentation [2 it says]:

• skipTests only skips running/executing the tests
• maven.test.skip skips compiling the tests

To have same behaviour aligned, nar-test would need to:

• skip running the tests when skipTests is given
• skip compiling the tests when maven.test.skip is given

Currently, both modes are intermixed in the maven nar plugin
