After open DEV tools styles dissappear ask questions

Describe the bug
Hello I have imported in my global scss
@import "node_modules/angular-calendar/css/angular-calendar.css"; @import "node_modules/angular-calendar/scss/angular-calendar";
and it is working prefectly but when i open DEV tools on google chrome then every style dissappear and it look like this

I try this on Edge and there is no problem with dev tools can you give me hint how i can found the reason?
