There was a breaking change in ClosedXML 0.91.0

Instead of ClosedXML.Excel.IXLCell.SetDataType(XLCellValue) you now need to use ClosedXML.Excel.IXLCell.SetDataType(XLDataType)

Because of this DoddleReport.OpenXml.ExcelReportWriter.WriteReport doesn't work.
