MEAP crash on Windows 10

Hi,
MEAP is crashing upon launching on newer versions of Windows 10.
The command line window showed error messages, but it was too brief for me to see what was said.

Here's my system information:

Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 1909
OS build 18363.836

Hi Matt! I’m working with Viktoriya Babenko in Scott’s lab. I am having the same problem as Fei.

Here is my system information:
Edition Windows 10 Home Single Language
Version 20H2
OS Build 9042.928

The latest version that works on my desktop is T4.
