By doing so, you agree that NinjaTools contains no intellectual property belonging to you, your successors, assigns, employers, partners, or any entity of which you are a member or officer.

Also, it would be really cool of you to send your modifications as a patch to [email protected] so we can decide if we want to add them to the scripts to share with everyone else. By doing so, you assign all intellectual property rights in your modifications to Ninjitsu Tecnologies, Inc.
