add in new page, eventually can also do a test notification to test notification sound, possibly a dummy alarm?

seems the tracks are mono, but are not track separated, If i use qml to play it will put the track in both speakers. So, maybe the next best thing is to use https://www.systutorials.com/docs/linux/man/1-speaker-test/ speaker-test -P 2 -p 190000 -l 1 will play pink noise in each channel once - note the phone identification for the mono speaker on the opo is 0 - Front Left. I think I might be able to assign the wave file to each channel for headphones - will have to test. (also note sine wave generation, fun keyboard?)

this also means reusing the command line c++, which didn't work in qmake last I tried - convert project to cmake? or make a seperate sound test app.
