현재 useRecoilCallback이 컴포넌트에 혼재되어 있음
useRecoilCallback에 비즈니스 로직이 들어가다 보니 컴포넌트 가독성이 떨어짐
recoil state와 의존되는 useCallback 들이기 때문에, store 쪽으로 분리할 수 있는 구조로 리팩토링할 예정
