Can't access admin when using SHOW_SCRIPT_NAME #183

It looks like when using SHOW_SCRIPT_NAME set to true I can not access the admin page. Trying to enter:

http://mysurvey.com/admin just shows the The following surveys are available: error.

And when trying to use http://mysurvey.com/index.php/admin I get a couple of redirects but end up on the same page. I am using the 6-apache image and haven't modified anything besides using the environment variables.

Ok after a bit more digging it seems like the fix in #184 is also fixing this issue.
