Pre-placement inspection of the packing

This is a tracking issue for the inspection tools that will allow users to judge the quality and potential problems with their packing before even writing out the coordinates using render.

Probably, a subcommand like inspect would be appropriate, here. It could take a placement list and present figures and statistics regarding the distribution of orientations/rotations over the volume, the packing density, potential clashes?
