Charge/dischange Sensor adjustements

When the battery is empty the device generates a (small) negative value in the GUI_BAT_DATA_POWER field [I guess this is the 'float voltage' (Erhaltungsspannung)] - but when assuming, that the battery_discharge_power sensor will return the power your home receiving from the battery (discharging), then the value have to be 0 when the battery is empty.

So this build check's the system state CHARGE or DISCHARGE and only submit values for battery_charge_power & battery_discharge_power when the system state is matching.
