Well - what should I say - in my environment there are always multiple active Beacons - so I never tested, what will happen, if there will be no more other Beacons in Range?! - This was not handled at all the Counter would not return to Zero. This have been fixed in this build.

Google have locked access to the initial application in GooglePlay - I have an idea why this was the case - but at the end of the day I was caught in a endless loop with the support team. The only way to get the app back into the Google Play Store is renaming the app package.id which means, that there is no upgrade path for all existing installations.
