Won't allow the creation of new control points.

Thanks for the report. You're right – there is no username sent to GeoNames and the query fails.

They must have changed their API, because we send it when creating annotations, but not while fetching Control Point locations.

I'll see if I can set up a dev environment and fix this in the next week or so.
