We need to add code coverage support to make sure all of logbt is tested. Steps to get there:

Package https://github.com/SimonKagstrom/kcov in mason (dodging Installing on OSX, kcov can't find LLDB SimonKagstrom/kcov#166)
Install kcov mason binary on CI
Push results to codecov
