Undercity Guardian (5624) constantly casting spell Disease Cloud (12188) #92

Almost every second Disease Cloud (12188) is casted on Undercity Guardian (5624). Presumably to keep the green effect active on the NPC.

Reproduce:

Go close to a guardian (for example this creature guid: 41890)
Watch the output in mangosd.exe

I imagine this puts an unneccessary load on the servers regardless of how small it is.
