My research suggests it's at 0x0A59649758aa4d66E25f08Dd01271e891fe52199 but I would like to get confirmation here

That is the gem join. The PSM is at 0x89B78CfA322F6C5dE0aBcEecab66Aee45393cC5A . These addresses are available under the chainlog with strings:

MCD_JOIN_PSM_USDC_A
MCD_PSM_USDC_A

I believe the entry was intentionally left out of this repo.
