My screen just shows dynamic logo then hangs?

I tried reloading the firmware from the download but it didn't work

did you setup Marlin to support H43 screen like explained in the wiki https://github.com/makerbase-mks/MKS-H43/wiki ?
I had the same behavior before setting up Marlin correctly.
