I cannot connect via USB. Tried several ways and times. Re-flashed several times. Using an MKS Pi V1.1 for Klipper. I am trying to use UART for my RX/TX MCU communication. I set the firmware to UART1 with PA9 and PA10 for RX/TX and set the MKS Pi to use serial:/dev/ttyS0 under the MCU in the printer.cfg file. Then have jumpers from the UART RX/TX pins from the MKS Pi to PA9 and PA10 on the Wifi header on the Nano 1.2. What am I missing to get this to work?

Maybe you should install ch340 chip drivers in your computer
