Steps to reproduce:

Open an app which requires SAFE browser experimental APIs to be enabled - eg Web ID manager - while experimental APIs are NOT enabled.

Expected:
Error message to remain on screen (TBC)
Actual:
Error message is only displayed for around 3 secs then disappears.
