Datagrid scrolling

With larger datagrids it's difficult to scroll horizontally. In this console you have to scroll all the way down to view the horizontal scrollbar. Is there a way to always keep the horizontal bar visible? Or allow for other options like middle button drag and scroll?

There is the new spreadsheet grid which is fast and easy to scroll. But we need to decide what to replace double-clicks with (since that means edit cell in the new control)

I'll bring this up with John again to get a decision. I prefer the Airtable approach of the expand / open icon appearing on the far left side on hover-over.
