If I am recording in a loop, trying to find a certain response the model might give, typing 'discard' or 'yes' after every prompt could be easier.
( the question after every prompt: Do you want to save this instance? (yes/discard))

Maybe an option to save for a given regex match, or shortcuts/default behavior for Enter?
