Lutris wine 7.2-2 problems with bioshock 2007

IDK if this is an issue with other games, but this is the case for bioshock for sure. The steam version not remastered. So the issue is that bioshock rarely gets up and running. It doesn't open up as expected, and ends up just doing nothing. Only times it was working was after system restart, and just spamming the play button until it starts working again. I managed to get 2 error logs in relation to this issue.

Using any version that is 6.0 or higher causes the issue. Anything lower than 6.0 is just fine. I am using pop os 22.04 64bit system.
