Missing icons

Not sure if this is the right place to make this issue, but I noticed that there are some Steam games with missing icons, even though it's available via the Steam API.

Some examples:

• https://lutris.net/games/elechead -> icon
• https://lutris.net/games/nuclear-blaze -> icon
• https://lutris.net/games/rusted-moss -> icon

It looks like that this is something that can be automatically scraped (like the banners?), so not sure why it's missing.
