[Silica] Figure Revision & Paper Help

Summary

Joanna Carey (JC) got back to me about the high latitude paper with some minor feedback on the figures I've already made (see #8 ) and requested that I make some tidy stats results tables for inclusion in the paper (on which I am a co-author!).

Starting Tasks

• New / modified 'chemical boxplot' figure
  • Duplicate old chem boxplot code into new section of figures script
  • For DSi: max value should be 100 and only MCM, Norway, and Sweden are included
  • For DIN: max value should be 50 and all but Canada/Finland are included
  • For DIP: max value should be 0.75 and only Sweden is included
• Make publication-quality statistical results tables
  • For mean response & percent change results
  • Round F stat & P value -- drop DF and 'sig' column
  • Put in Drive when done
• Ping JC for review / further direction

Finished my first stab at the new figure code. Turning my attention to the table now

Finished my first pass at the publication quality table of stats results and emailed JC with an update/request for feedback. Flagging this as 'pending' until I hear back from her.
