Docker image need regular updates.

The docker image should be rebuild on a regular basis.
This so security updates in the base image propagate into the image.
Ideally whenever the php:7.4-apache image gets updated a new image should be pushed.

I have no experience in doing this but the quick and dirty solution could be a github action on a cron timer.
