Plugin configuration values do not display/no redirect after upgrade from previous version 2018091200

When upgrading block_quickmail to newest version 2018100200 (release v2.1.0) from the previous version 2018091200 (v2.0.0), the block configuration values do not display on the /admin/upgradesettings.php post-upgrade. This has the effect that clicking the "Save changes" button does not redirect back to the primary site page as it should, leaving it "stuck" at plugin upgrade page with no values to configure - user has to get back to the site via their Profile/other visible links, or manually edit the site url to access the site homepage.
