uber-graph is licensed under GPL-3.0-or-later in total (some files are LGPL-licensed). This is incompatible with the GPL-2.0-only that applies to most of hardinfo's files. A possible solution woulde be relicensing the GPL-2.0-only files to GPL-2.0-or-later.
Please fix this, so the GTK 3 version can be distributed without license issues.
